Hello !
Today I feel like making a good & healthy dinner. Meatballs with vegetables, boiled potatoes & brown sauce...One of my favorite dishes. I've been pretty busy with work all day, but now I'm home making dinner ready for me and my dear dad.

Since it is already approaching summer vacation (24 June), Me & dad was thinking about a holiday abroad. To eat Norwegian food is delicious, but my longing for national Arab food kills me. Even how hard I try, it will always be difficult to get the same flavor here in Norway...Sucks bigtime!
I long for the glorious and sour taste in tabbouleh. The lovely texture of Kibbeh and the dour and fantastic flavor of Masheweh. And the amazing soft taste of Kafta. It's something I can not keep my self away from! I simply miss Lebanon too much!! <3
